Service Description:

Hospital and community-based mental health services for people with a serious mental illness or addiction
|
Aftercare - Case Managment Program
- Provides life skills training, community support and advocacy to people who have a serious mental illness
|
|
Assertive Community Treatment Team
- Provides comprehensive integrated services to people with a serious mental illness
|
|
Community Addiction Treatment Services
- Outpatient addiction assessment treatment, referral and follow-up services
|
|
Community Mental Health and Addiction Services Coordinator (CTO)
- Provides resource, collaboration, and consultation to service providers, consumers, families, and the legal system regarding information about mental health legislation and community treatment orders

|
Crisis Assessment and Support Team
- Provides help to people and families who are in crisis or emergency situations
|
|
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program (DBT)
- Offers skill training groups and one-on-one counselling to help people with Borderline Personality Disorder
|
|
Dual Diagnosis Program
- Assessment, consultation, treatment and support to hospitals, doctors, service providers, patients and families living with a dual diagnosis (diagnosed developmental disability who are experiencing a mental health problem)

Family Crisis Support
- Provides support to family members who are seeking treatment of a relative or friend in a psychiatric and/or psychosocial crisis at the emergency department of the Owen Sound Hospital
|
|
North Grey Community Mental Health Team
- Multi-agency team that provides access to core mental health services: information and referral, mental health counselling, intensive case management, housing and outreach support, social recreational activities and leisure access support services

Paediatric Multidisciplinary Program
- Provides medical support for children and youth with a serious mental health illness
|
|
Prevention and Early Intervention Program for Psychosis (PEPP)
- Assessment, consultation, treatment and support to hospitals, doctors, people and families who are dealing with a first episode of psychosis

|
Psychiatric Urgent Clinic
- Offers a medication, assessment and time limited follow-up clinics
|
|
Sexual Assault and Partner Abuse Care Centre
- Emotional support, medical care and counselling for victims of recent sexual assault, adult survivors of sexual abuse and survivors of partner abuse

Withdrawal Management Services (WMS)
- Non-medical co-ed residential facility with hospital back up
