Service Description: Outpatient addiction assessment treatment, referral and follow-up services

Day Program - 3-week program, five days per week (Mon-Fri 9:30am-3pm) provided in a group format * emphasis on psycho-educational and cognitive behavioural approach that includes developing and reinforcing skill development within a context of relapse prevention * limited number of supportive beds for those clients who require housing while in treatment

Structured Relapse Prevention Group - Offered one evening per week (Tues) * clients who have attended other addiction programs may also apply for this group

Fees: Services are covered by OHIP
Application: Family or medical referral * assessment interviews required
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults and youth 16 years and older who are under the influence of alcohol/drugs or in withdrawal
