Service Description: Provides help to people and families who are in crisis or emergency situations

Mental health assessments as well as short term follow-up and support in the community setting

Crisis Team - Urgent mental health assessment and referral services from the Owen Sound Hospital emergency department

Community Outreach Team - Short term services to clients with the goal of stabilizing the client's condition and making community referrals in their own home or at a community site

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Application: Visit local emergency room or contact family doctor to arrange a referral
