Service Description: Emotional support, medical care and counselling for victims of recent sexual assault, adult survivors of sexual abuse and survivors of partner abuse

Service provides medical treatment, counselling services, collection of sexual assault and domestic violence evidence, and referral to community services * in situations of sexual assault follow-up care and court support/information also provided

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Application: Call * no referral required * emergency services 24 hours per day at the Owen Sound Hospital Emergency Department * counselling services and follow up are offered during office hours
Eligibility / Target Population: Serves women and men 12 years and older who have been physically or sexually assaulted within the past 2 years; Women and men over the age of 16 who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse/assault
