Office of the Community Advocate - Assistance with completing application forms for social assistance, disability supports, and pension benefits * advocacy on client's behalf with other agencies and services providers such as utility companies
 
Public Legal Education - Publications of plain-language information and training materials related to poverty issues and legislative changes * presentations and consultations on low-income issues * workshops to help people apply for benefits and savings plans
 
The "Living Room" - Community resource space for programming related to basic quality of life for people affected by poverty
