Builds new homes for families who have low incomes * homes are built by volunteers and the future home owners with donated materials and services * offers a twenty year interest-free mortgage to qualifying families

Families with low incomes living in substandard conditions or paying a high amount of income on rent * must be willing and able to pay mortgage and household expenses * must be willing to commit 500 'sweat equity' hours to building of the house
