First Link Learning Series and Social Work Support
- One-on-one and group supports for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and their families and care partners

Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) - Learning the Ropes
- Learning the ROPES for Middle Cognitive Impairment (MCI)Six weekly 2-hour sessions for people experiencing MCI and their care partners focusing on optimizing cognitive health through lifestyle choices, memory training and psychosocial support.

Public Education Programs
- By providing information on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias we can help those not yet on the dementia journey reach an earlier diagnosis and provide strategies for families living with dementia.

Social Recreation and In-Home Recreation Volunteers
- Social stimulation for both the person living with dementia and the care partner is important throughout the journey of the disease * suitable for individuals with early-to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias * must be registered as a client and undergo a brief assessment prior to participation
