Service Description: Offered to people experiencing memory concerns

Memory screening is conducted to provide a baseline and to help identify those who would benefit from further assessment and testing * provided by trained health professionals and offered to members of the public experiencing memory concerns * available only to those who have not yet been diagnosed or who have not been seen by a specialist for their cognitive concerns * candidates must consent to the screening result being sent to their family doctor for medical follow-up

Memory screening at the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex (ASLM) does not constitute a diagnosis

Fees: Free of charge to registered clients
