Service Description:

Adult day program offers social, spiritual,
active, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's
disease and related dementia in a group setting * program also offers 3 blended days per week that integrate seniors who are frail and are
looking for continued social, recreational programming/opportunities *
helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * hot or cold meals (through Meals on Wheels) and snacks provided
