Service Description: Adult day program offers social, spiritual, active, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia in a group setting * program also offers 3 blended days per week that integrate seniors who are frail and are looking for continued social, recreational programming/opportunities * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * hot or cold meals (through Meals on Wheels) and snacks provided

Medication Assistance Blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure check and weight monitoring available
Mobility Assistance Staff trained in transfers, escorting and falls prevention * clients with canes, walkers, wheelchairs and other mobility aids accepted * mechanical lifts available
Incontinence Clients encouraged to wear briefs or pads to support bladder control * spare change of clothes can be stored in the program * clients with multiple episodes of bowel incontinence are ineligible
