Service Description: Community-based addiction services for adults with substance use and/or gambling problems and those who are affected by someone else's substance use and/or gambling problems

Specialized services for concurrent disorders, pregnant and parenting mothers, clients on methadone and those in need of addiction court support

Outreach services in Durham, Hanover, Kincardine, Markdale, Meaford, Southampton, Walkerton and Wiarton
 
Addiction Court Support - Guidance and support for people living with mental health or addiction issues and are navigating the criminal justice system * comprehensive and holistic recovery plan, aiming to minimize future interaction with criminal justice system
 
Adult Alcohol and Drug Community Treatment Program - Concurrent Disorders - Community treatment for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, including bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia and struggle with a substance use issue  (concurrent disorder)
 
Pregnant and Parenting Moms Program - Supports for people who are pregnant or parenting children aged 6 years and less and impacted by their own or someone else's substance use
 
Problem Gambling Community Treatment - Community treatment and assessment for adults with a gambling problem

Application: Self or service provider referral * referrals are received and screened centrally through the Owen Sound site
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults who are affected by substance use and dependence or gambling problems
Languages: English
Language Notes: Attempts will be made to provide service in other languages as requested
