Service Description:

Virtual clinic providing behavioural and functional treatments for:- insomnia (CBT-i)
- headaches and migraines (progressive muscle relaxation, CBT, psychological techniques)
- fatigue (CBT for energy management)
- lower back pain
- hypertension
- persistent concussion symptoms
Treatment for common health conditions focuses on physiological training approaches rather than pharmacological intervention * provides computer based training, group counselling, mindfulness and other therapy-based treatments from licensed physicians, occupational therapists and psychotherapists.
Recommendations and treatment outcomes are sent back to patient's primary health care provider
