Service Description: Wellkin provides confidential, Quick Access Therapy Services (QATS) to infants, children, youth and their families, at no cost. No professional referral is required for this service. To facilitate the intake process, we recommend that you complete the online self-referral form available on the website (www.wellkin.ca).
 


Adult Protective Service Program - Assists adults with developmental disabilities to increase their independence, participation and quality of life in the community * ensures people have access and are connected to all needed services and supports available * adult protective service workers provide advocacy, case management, outreach, instrumental counselling, coordination of services

Parent and Caregiver Group Programs - LEGO Social Skills Group - Program for children between the ages of 7 and 11 * allows kids to work collaboratively in small groups with tasks defined and roles identified to support social interaction * communication, support, problem-solving, and conflict resolution are explored

Specialized Child and Youth Programs and Services - Delivers child and youth mental health programs and services to anyone in Oxford and Elgin counties * services include assessment, treatment, and education delivered by professional therapists * each child or youth’s treatment plan is customized to address their individual needs and be responsive to their unique life and family circumstances
