Service Description: Health centre provides family and community-based health programs * team of community health representatives, community health nurse and other health care providers * referral to other regional health services * home visits available for health teaching and counseling

Culturally appropriate programs and services for Aboriginals, combining traditional health and Western medical practices * aims to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health

Home and Community Care - Health services provided in a home or community setting for older adults, persons with disabilities, or injured persons * includes nursing care, personal support, homemaking, and meal preparation * foot care available first Wednesday of the month 1pm-3pm by appointment

Environmental Health Program - Public health safety and education * monitors potential hazards through Rabies Clinics, Water Sampling, Home Assessments, Carbon Monoxide

Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) for Clients - Provides coverage for a limited range of medically necessary goods and services to registered First Nations people * supplementary health benefits includes prescriptions, non-prescription drugs, medical equipment and supplies
