Service Description: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Day program for older adults who require some physical, social or emotional support to remain in the community
  • activity programs and games
  • blood pressure and weight monitoring
  • overnight respite available twice a week
  • whirlpool bath for a fee
  • light refreshments; lunch
  • transportation available through Adult Day Program

Stroke Rehabilitation Program - Provides stroke-specific rehabilitation to clients to maintain and build upon existing functional status * includes exercise room and bi-weekly therapeutic pool usage
