42-bed long-term care home * residential care for private, semi-private and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor, nurse practitioner, dietitian and other health professionals
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals/snacks
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication, activities of daily living and bathing
- recreation, physiotherapy and social programs
- palliative and end-of-life care
