Rehabilitative Care - Hospital-Based Outpatient Therapy - South West

Therapy-based rehabilitation services provided by regulated health professionals who work for a hospital. Therapies and services are provided on an outpatient basis, and may include occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech language pathology, and day programs.

Staff may be available to provide French service when it is necessary for transplant candidates * interpretation available upon request

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
