Service Description: Support for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Seminars, workshops and training sessions * one-on-one care plan consultations with health professionals * advanced care planning for future health care needs

Supports research and coordinates volunteer programs

Education Programs and Resources - Education, awareness programs, and resources for the general public and health care providers on Alzheimer’s disease

Support Groups and Programs - Support groups and programs for people with dementia, and their families members and friends

Caring With Confidence - Support groups for family caregivers
 
Education, Training and Resource Centre - Provides education and training to caregivers, health and social service professionals and the public
 
First Link - One-on-one counseling and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends
 
MedicAlert - Safely Home - National registry designed to help identify those who are lost, and assist in a safe return home * personal information engraved on identification allows police and emergency responders to quickly identify the person who has wandered, and bring families back together
