Service Description:

Care for private, semi-private, and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals, including physiotherapy
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
Additional services and facilities:
- secure wandering unit for people with Alzheimer's and related dementias
- full-time physio contract services and social worker
- infection prevention nurse and pandemic planning coordinator
- clinical teams for falls, wound care, incontinence, responsive behaviour, pain and palliation, infection control
- palliative care
- massage therapy
- health club membership (with heated indoor pool)
- restorative care
- foot care services
- library services
- beauty salon
- chaplain
- wellness centre
- recreation therapist on staff

Chelsey Park LTC
- 3 short-stay beds (2 female and 1 male) * respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief * publicly funded * offered up to 60 days per year, as available * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents
