Service Description:

Supports for older adults, adults with disabilities, and people recuperating from injury, illness and accident * helps people remain independent in their own homes and community for as long as possible * information and referral to other community services

Bathing Program
- For those needing bathing assistance * therapeutic baths done by trained staff * can be scheduled weekly or as needed in hydrosonic tub at Ritz Villa/West Perth Village

Congregate Dining and Social Programs
- Group meals and social activities

Friendly Visiting
- Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities * volunteers matched one to one with older adults based on mutual interests

Meals on Wheels
- Hot meals delivered Mon, Wed, and Fri between 11:45am-12:30pm * special diet types available

Wellness
- In-home (one-on-one) and group programs including:

- Non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments and regular activities such as grocery shopping, errands, hair appointments, pharmacy, weddings, special family gatherings, the post office * volunteer drivers * wheelchair accessible vehicles * chartered booking also available
