Service Description: Focuses on seniors maintaining and/or improving their overall health

Program includes a variety of exercise programs such as seniors fitness classes, yoga, ball exercise, Nordic poling * nutrition screening, CHAP (Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program and action plan) and education to address modifiable risk factors * people recovering from illness or surgery are welcome
 
Bayfield Exercise Classes - In-person exercise program * one hour class led by a certified Seniors Fitness Instructor at the Bayfield Arena
