Service Description: Personal Care Services: Home health care services including personal support, assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming, meal preparation, laundry service, grocery shopping and errands, transportation to appointments, house cleaning and pet care

Companion Care - Activities or outings based on unique needs * activities include spa days, wellness walks, crafts, games, scenic drives, book club and more

Childcare Services - Before and after school childcare, childcare for appointments and friendly visiting * services include wake ups, assistance with personal care, breakfast and lunch preparation, transportation to and from school or an appointment and an opportunity to engage in activities designed to suit your child's unique interests

In-house Fitness Classes - Classes provided by Senior Fitness Instructor Lisa Plant * exercise schedules that will help maintain mobility levels * exercises include chair yoga, strength training and fitness training

Meal Preparation - Staff will prepare a weekly grocery list, shop with you or purchase items on your behalf, prepare your meals and clean up afterwards

Transportation Services - Transportation provided for medical appointments, visiting friends and family, personal errands, travel departures and pick-ups and recreational outings
