Service Description: Assessment and rehabilitation of sport and activity related injuries through sport medicine, physiotherapy, orthopedic surgery, pedorthic services, custom orthotics and braces, sport medicine braces, massage therapy, x-ray and diagnostic ultrasound * affiliated with London Health Sciences Centre for additional diagnostic testing if required

Fees: Set fee - most doctor services and diagnostic services covered by OHIP * fees charged for all other services * some fees partially recoverable through extended health insurance plans
Application: Medical referral required * after referral has been reviewed, a letter will be sent to confirm appointment time
Eligibility / Target Population: Registered full time students at Fanshawe College with sport, recreation and fitness injuries and conditions
