Service Description: Hospital-based outpatient clinic for youth and adults with rehabilitative needs related to a condition of childhood onset, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Rett Syndrome, and developmental delays * services provided by a physiatrist, nurse practitioner, and social worker * other allied healthcare professionals may be available on an as-needed basis
