Service Description:

One-on-one and group counselling sessions * trauma-informed, supportive educational counselling provides psychological education about abuse issues * facilitates the development of resiliency and healthy relationships by enhancing women's capacity to make informed choices for themselves
Free and unlimited short-term and long-term counselling and group programming available, based on individual needs
Counselling services available at the Centre, as well as at various locations throughout Middlesex County
