Service Description:

Non-residential programs providing short-term counselling and support
Program support may include: - assistance obtaining food, shelter, clothing and medical treatment
- help developing skills for independent living, re-integration back into the home, social skills and problem solving
- short-term crisis counselling
- advocacy with community services, including social assistance and other mental health services
- aftercare and follow-up post-residential care
