Service Description: 375-bed long-term care home * residential care for private, semi-private, and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to attending doctors, nurse practitioners and other health professionals
  • bedding and furniture

  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs
