Service Description: Offers programs for all ages including family and parental support groups, help with basic needs, women’s workshops, recreation, cooking groups, Friday soup (adults and seniors), preschool program, summer day camp, full youth centre, seniors social * Ontario Works caseworkers on site
 
Adults and Seniors Programs - Programs include Newcomer Seniors Support Group, Newcomer Women's Support Group, International cooking club and Middle Eastern women's aerobics
 
Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) - Aims to strengthen and support families with young children
 
Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) Westminster - Current Programs:
  • Young Mom's Group Mondays 4-6 pm
  • Collective Kitchen Tuesdays 11:30 am-1:30 pm
  • Westminster Women's Group Wednesdays 10 am to 12 pm
  • Little Learners Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 12:30 to 2:30 pm
 Emergency food available * emergency baby food bank service, including formula, jarred food, cereal, diapers are available while supplies last * call ahead for supply availability
 
Friday Lunch for Adults and Seniors - Multicultural seniors program Tuesdays 10-11:30 Sept - June offering games, dance, bingo * Call to register
 
Newcomer Settlement Services - Direct and essential services to newcomers to the city of London Ontarion, helping them integrate into their new society
 
Youth Services - Youth Centre offers various programs such as after school drop ins, resume writing, job search, homework help, cooking, crafts, sports, activities, and special events
 
Youth Volunteer Services - Volunteer opportunities for youth ages 14-24 with events and programs within the South London community

Neighbourhood Food Bank - Open Mon-Fri 10-3pm * access the main food bank or your neighbourhood food bank once a month * baby items also available
