Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People who require physiotherapy services * OHIP coverage for those 19 years and under, 65 years and older (and require in-home physiotherapy * in own home or a retirement home), ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury * referral from doctor, hospital or Home and Community Care Support Services South West Region required
