Government service concerning long-term care homes and Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) in Ontario * handles concerns and registers complaints about long-term care homes and HCCSS * initial calls or written complaints are answered by ACTION Line staff * callers can also have their complaints forwarded to an Independent Complaints Facilitators
Handles urgent and non-urgent complaints
