Service Description: Promotes healthy living, diabetes prevention and self management through nutrition education and physical activity to community members of all ages

Nutrition services are provided by Registered Nurses and visiting Registered Dietitian

Services include:
  • nutrition counselling
  • education, workshops and health promotion
  • referrals and home visits
