Service Description: Information and applications for London and Middlesex Housing Corporation units, nonprofit housing, cooperative housing, subsidy, rent supplement program and rent-geared-to-income programs

Reviews application and explains the different housing options that are available then forwards application directly to the housing provider selected * maintains a Common Waitlist System * housing providers have a variety of handicapped accessible units

Ontario Renovates Program - Program offers financial assistance for low to moderate income households to increase accessibility of their dwelling through minor modifications and adaptations * funding is limited * applications accepted on a first come, first served basis until funds are depleted

Application: Call or visit website * birth certificates, citizenship or landed status papers * proof of gross income (from all sources) for all household members is required
Eligibility / Target Population: People 16 years and older, with Canadian citizenship, landed immigrant or refugee claimant to qualify for subsidies * low to moderate income families
