Service Description:

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) implemented a national Community Case Management and Supervision (CCMS) program, in partnership with the John Howard Society of Canada, to provide an alternative to detention for those who would otherwise be detained in custody awaiting the resolution of their immigration issues * offers intensive community supervision and case management services to eligible individuals so they can be safely supervised in the community
