Support to families with children who have developmental or physical disabilities * services provided include family support, assistance in applying for government programs to help cover extraordinary expenses related to the disability (ACSD) and Special Services at Home (SSAH) which provides support and relief for families caring for their child at home * information and resources available on various disabilities and related topics
