138-bed retirement home
Short stay temporary care (i.e. convalescent, respite (caregiver relief), vacation) when space permits (available in secured unit if necessary) * private and semi-private rooms
Basic services include:
- 24-hour nursing staff
- bathing
- medication administration
- meals
- housekeeping and laundry
- social and recreational programs
Additional services and facilities:
- physiotherapy and foot care
- hair care and tuck shop
- 5.5 landscaped acres
Provides three levels of retirement care:
- Independent Living - Basic services
- Supportive Living - Basic services plus additional nursing care for residents who need extra help with mobility, continence and other activities of daily living
- Early Memory Loss Living - 28-bed secure unit to provide security and support for early to mid dementia residents * uses programming and cueing for activities of daily living * residents must be ambulatory, continent and able to participate in daily activities
