Medical, surgery, therapy and ambulatory care services * care coordinators from the Home and Community Care Support Services South West Region available on site

Diabetes Grey Bruce
- Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse, registered dietitian and a nurse practitioner (all certified diabetes educators) on staff

Outpatient Clinics
- Outpatient specialist clinics providing diagnoses and treatments for various medical conditions

Outpatient Physiotherapy
- Community physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves, and bones that may be caused by injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery)
