Includes activities to promote health and fitness, health screening and monitoring and overall personal wellness
Activities include:
- Foot Care (appointment required)
- Group fitness and in-home fitness classes of varying levels and types, including YOGA classes
- Nordic poling, indoor walking club
- Health Screening- fitness assessments, hearing clinics, diabetic screening, foot care, nutritional screening
- Blood Pressure Clinic (cardiovascular health awareness program) - free
- Clinic- local lab clinics offered in partnership to serve the communities needs * appointments are appreciated, walk-ins are accepted
